the torrent
This is really a deadlock, an example of a perfect deadlock, its like the chakarvahue, entrace into which is very trivial and only needs arising the questions but escaping from it is not as trivial as it seems to be. anyone Help me out to get out of this....
But is it really necessary to locate these answers. I particularly am trying to find them because my senior and teachers have advised me to do so, but the same advised was given to me when I was younger and had to choose optional subject after 10th standard. I really never gave thought to these question but did what I was asked to do, accepted life as it came and I reached to this stage. and I think I am really happy, inspite of the fact that my subject are not the once which I wanted to study. So I think, though the seniors ask us to find the answers to these questions and set the goals accordingly, one may not worry about them much if these questions seems unanswerable even after many tries and one can go on doing whatever he/she is doing. Time will factor everything. Let the time decide and tell what is best to do. So, I think I should actually prepare for my exams like cat,gre etc.. and stop worrying whether I want to be an engineer or a manager because results of these exams is capable of explicitly answering this question -- what can I do best and discriminating between the two options. The first question was -- where do I want to be ? well, if there existed one wish than I would have certainly capable of answering this question but unfortunately there remains more than one wishes. In any case I have to choose one of my wish over another. So now it really does not matter whether I become and engineer or a manager because in any case one wish will be gardened and another will just remain a wish. So lets move on the third question -- What should I choose as my career? I think once the results declare the answer to the second question, I will pretty easily answer this question because it is simply a function of 1st and 2nd. So now I think, I should sit back and let the results of exams be the judge of my future rather than worrying about it. Seriously, judging own self is the most difficult task one can ever encounter but did I make the torrent silent, silent forever.... yes! silent like the stillness of water, I dont want to think, it is still brutal, vulnerable to repetition.

random talk
One thing in always recurred in my life and that is – “magic of hardwork”. For example in school days, there were times when I didnt do hardwork but had better knowledge of some subject than others, yet I stood below than others... And there were times when I did hardwork but others had better command over subjects, yet life gave me surprized gift and kept me in top ranks. It is all the hardwork that has paid me till now irrespective of everything else. If I worked hard, than I know for sure that I will get things. If I didnt than I should not expect a favour from my luck. In fact, being in accord to my believes and philosophy( which is -- One does not have any right to get things for free and one must get things for what one has paid for.), I appreciate this things.
Well these days life is bringing new challenges and fun to me. Like, there are some projects to be done, in a sense , they are to be done and not in the way I have done projects so far, ie., copy and paste style. They are some real projects and working on them serves as fun and fascination for things. My new aim, which is landing abroad, is becoming realistic day by day. And this is what is keeping my energy alive. Help from some seniors, who are undoubtedly my source of inspirations, has eased many complexities of life. One thing that still remains uncompleted is English, yes, moving from normal English user to an advance English speaker. That is what has been remained uncompleted. Well, one day I will wake up to realize completion of this goal and another day, I know, the lachrymose success will touch my feet.

this sem
Factually speaking, this semester has been tiresome till now and learning english to bell the cat has been palling since the very first day. In the begining, in January, I had some very good experience with learning algorithms. The semester had just begun, so there was no considerable onus from course projects, lectures, labs and tutorials. I was very relaxed and in this relaxation days passed and one day I realized that February had come. Then the realization that a lot had been covered in the class while i was relax in my room made my eyes open to study because not waking up now would mean running the 1st mid semester exams which were far by only 1 week. I got back to studies. I had not recovered from the shock of "security protocols", when I realized that the storm of SEN and MCS was ready to bring havoc to my mental peace. I had not attended the lectures of MCS and whatever was tought by our renowned professor in the class was too much to be grasped in a day. Well, the life does not stop, and the days passed and here i was with all my cheerful face in the dawn of the very next day after the exam looking at the rising sun and thinking why is it that life is not always the same like it was that time. The ghost of exams had been passed by and I had buried all the memories connected to it, thought of them were preempted from my mind to be acquired by my next passion, the thing i love to do in my spare time,.. coding and algorithms.... I am lucky to have my interest as my subjects :)

how beautiful but still complex is the nature
The depth of the ocean, waves in the river, the height of the clouds, the boundaries of the universe, the existence of the earth, the vallies between skyscrapping mountains and the streams among them, water-drops on the green tree leaves in the morning, the flow of the breeze, the rain in the summer, the cold in the winter, all these things truly fascinates me, leanding me to wander and praise the beauty, the complexity involved in it. How big is our universe without limits, what exist beyond that, in the whole universe where does the earth comes in the picture, where do we come in the picture, what is it the smallest thing in the universe, the smallest in the whole universe, or does there exist anything that could be considered as smallest, or is there something beyond the universe, something bigger than it??? The beauty of the nature is amazingly amazing. and if all this is part of the nature than i would say that nothings exist worth comparing to the nature. Its unpredictable, unimaginable, unreproducible. Unique , truly unique!
I often wander among all these question, thinking about them when i am in the realm of nature, far from artificial world where manmade machines are dominant, far from my friends and my family, when i find myself free from all worldly tasks i go to some lonely place where i can watch the beautiful original world to realize that i am not limited by my body, this body which will be burned after my departure it, but i am a part of this nature, an entity which is not unique and is exactly the same as others. When i am confinded in this body i am limited and unique, nobody can be compared to me, i can not be compared to anybody, and the moment i remind myself that the body is an illusion but i am not, i feel that i am as imporatant in the universe as the tree before me, as the bird heading high in the sky, as the insect sitting nearby, as the everybody else, as the dog coming and going, as the ducks who are playing. The same entity residing in everyone, the same !
It is only us who started differentiating between man and the animal, the god only wrapped us up with different covering, and sent on this earth. HE defined no language, n0 race, no communities, no differentiation. It is only like same gift packed in different coating. But we, defined our language, we defined communities, and differentiated ourselves with others. We never tried to talk with an animal, never tried to understand the true nature of us, us the . Did we? We always restricted ourselves to what was taught us in our childhood, and that became the truth for us. And the same is applicable for other races and animals also. no race tries to talk with others, and even they escape from it. I appreciate this complexity, that everybody is unique, at the same time everyone is exactly the same as the other but still there are boundaries. and the question again pops up --- how all this happened in the first place and the only answer i have is -- "The beauty of the nature is amazingly amazing. unpredictable, unimaginable, unreproducible. Unique , truly unique!"

the hourable judiciary-- how honoured it is
We must mend them ---
For any democracy to live healthier, the primary need is the practical avilability of human rights to every citizen. And thats what democracy means. To ensure the exercise of rights without fear and dread, every democracy has legal judiciary. Judiciary is responsible to solve conflicts and to preserve justice. To implement judiciary, we have courts and police system. Police is responsible to maintain peace in the region and to act as a nexus between people and justice. So in a way, to defend for any overtaking of rights every citizen must go to police and then the police scrutinize the case, collect details and forward them to court. The court listen to the both sides of the case, the procequetor and the defender and also to police and pronouce the difference between right or wrong. This way every little part of the juridiciary plays substantial and significant role in bringing the justice to the affected people. That makes it very crucial the way every intermediate department functions.
Does that lead to the necessity of probing and supervising every department affecting the availablity of human rights? In a way it does until we dont find the answer to what happens if anything intermediatary thing starts abusing the authority given to it. But even if we establish the central authority to maintain a watchful eye on the component of juridiciary, who will verify the deads of that central authrity ??? We dont have any such authority in India or anyware and torturing prisoners, abasing them and abject situation of most of the prisoner are nothing but a dire consequences of that. We can no more rely upon police and trust them. As the cases of torture to detainees are coming up at an rapidly bursting rate. Many of these people who are taken in custody before the court pronounce its decision, are later vindicate. For them it becomes wholly unfair to be humiliated in the custody. To some of them, the govenment pays the price of humiliation but how can that suffice for them who become mentally challenged as a result of humiliation in the custody, a gift bestowed by the legal system to maintain justice. Is this justice?
When the course of case goes on for years and the file is closed with the death of either the defender or the prosequetor, how does our present legal system brings justice to them.
Beating prisoners, making them to do dirty work, making them nude, threatening them, not providing proper medical care on time, not giving them sufficient food all have emerged as very common shocks in police custody. Every detainee reports these and more over they are threated to face dire consequences if thet are found to speak this to anyone especially in media. Currently Afzal, who has been sentenced to death after proved to be guilty in case of parliament attack, reported in the court of genital shocks. Also when he was made to confess his crime before media, and he stated the innocence of DU professor Gilani, he was asked to shut up by the police and reporters were forbaded from reporting this incident.
There is no end to the monopoly of police and its association with bribe. Most of the case-trials are made abeyant without any proper reason and as a consequence of police involvement with the corruption. Many case files are virtually closed forever and many are convicted by police, beated in prison, forcefully make the detainee confess that he/she is guilty, they collect false proofs and finally our honourable court absolved the real guilty and announce sentence of innocent people. And that is not very uncommon today, especially in context of India.
Irrespective might be our response for the need of central system to monitor police but the need of auditing the whole system is evident. Somehow the democracy needs to implement it, we just can not allow the monopoly of police. We cant just go on with the police bedraggled in corruption. We need to preserve the rights of detainees also, detainees who are innocent, who live mentally challenged life after the police confinement for simple inquirary purposes, we cant just allow the way those enquiries are held, because that does not resonance with the central theme of democracy, with the availability of human rights for which the whole system is maintained.
khosla ka ghosla
After long time any director has picturised normal middle class family life. This movie has turned out to be very good. It shows story of how middle class families are befooled and looted by the property dealers engaged with builders, who produce duplicate documents to meet the requirement of the buyers and beguile them.
Mr. Khosla(Anupam Kher) is an aged man and retried after a year. He has two sons and one girl. All three are young and the younger son is software engineer who dreams to fly to newyork. Mr. Khosla purchases plot via broker Gajendra, who is a friend of Khurana. Khurana is a big bull and fools people in property dealing with the help of Gajendra and this time the victim turn out to be Khosla. Unlawful acquisition on his land means that his whole life savings are at stake. Then how he acquire his land back and build his dream house on it is a chain of interesting events. The mix of light comedy successfully keeps the viewer cheerful all the time. Tara Sharma is opposite to chery and has done justice to her role. She looks gorgeious and beautyful and full appreal have doubled her beauty. All have acted well. Dialogue delivery and good use of facial expression makes scenes like real. The movie is worth watching and can be seen at home as it contains no vulgar scenes and everybody covers the body appropriately with full dresses.
Sometimes the movie becomes unpractical but thats the problem with every bollywood movie that they never show case something practical. The ending could be extended a little more with the journey of chery to NewYork and that would have accrued the happy ending to little more happier.Anyway, in short the movie turn out to be worth watching. Have fun with this movie.

historians or storytellers
According to the issue the historians do not really dig history but rather construt stories. Believers of this phenomenon may support the issue, but I, personally, do not feel that the issue leads in correct direction and hence this reader dismisses and rejects the claims made in the issue. I would like to assert that all historians are not storytellers yet some of them may be storytellers but they are those, who dont possess adequate knowledge or apply their knowledge in a synchronized way. Again being some of them storytellers does not imply that all are story-tellers.
I dont think that the statement provide sufficient information about the scenario. Events happened centuaries before the existence of present age are also a part of history and events happened in the near past are also a part of history. But the way we derive conclusions in both the scenario are very different from each other. Stories about events happened years before the existence of human being are not being told by the ancestors and hence do not propogate as inheritence rather they are based on scientific clues and observations. For example, When we study history of a particular area, lets say we examine the prints of a mammel on the rock, we look for some clues and then we try to connect clues with each-other to arrive at some conclusion about what could have occured in the past based on the clues at hand. Then we logically try to establish its connection with some other events which are considered to have happened in the area. We examine the clue critically, we examine other possibilities, we also think critically the controversies,if born, because of mismatch of the scenario being analyzed and other past events and finally arrive at one solution which can give least controversial solution. In the whole process, we derive the time of events by scientific methods which have more than satisfactory probablity of being correct. we derive conclusions logically and where we find controversy and if we do not find one particular answer, we leave that as unsolved or unknown. In the whole process of arriving at the facts, everything is done logically and should be correct.
Again when we refer to history of near past, like of before 2-3 centuaries, we use a totally different way to driving us to facts. We learn facts in books, we see some signs of historical importance and in a sense we inherit stories of past by our ancestors. Then we try to connect them logically and critically with the stories being propogated through generations. As in this scenario, we are considering only the history of near past, we can assume such propogated stories to be true to a certain extent.
The problem arises when we refer to the history of the such a time, where we can not find adequate signs or left prints to derive things logically and also we cant believe on the truthness of the propogated stories. In that scenario, we can say that talking of history is less like talking of facts and more like talking of possibilities.
Whether a historical so-called fact is possibility or fact, very much depends on the time of the scenario, historical signs, symbols and prints present there, the adequecy of those symbols, events happened later, how can those event can add flaw to the symbols, facts, evidence in hand. But still, historians do not construct stories if they find it impossible to arrive at a fact, they leave it as possibility and unknown matter. Historians are those who derive facts and uncovers unseen, unimagined events before us to a extent they possiblly can, after which they talk about possibility but do not tell story. They try to derive things as much as they can but nothing in the world can be pressumed to be perfect. Hence even if little flaws may exist in the claims of historians but they can not be considered story-tellers. Hence calling historians like a storytellers can not be accepted as correct.

U.S. reaction on the coup in thailand
Thailand, situated in the south east asia, has always fascinated me. This country has always been a desired location of tourists. The whole stability of its economy is founded on tourism, yet such a fascinating and full of thrill country has seen 18 coups since the establishment of democracy takes me aback. It just surprizes me how unstable different governments have proved to be. There has been no prime minister elected twice for PM seat in the history of thailand except the recently ousted prime minister Thanksin. It leaves with the impression that probably Thanksin has accomplished its duties well and has worked for the people. Also Thanksin had made himself very popular in the country side. His policies were inclined in favour of poor and uneducated crowd of Thailand. He was selected twice and the 2nd win was a clear landslide. It seems really surprizing that at one side you have a landslide victory and at another you are overthrown by the coup and almost 80% of the public supports the coup! It was only the last year when Thaksin was elected again. The victory says most of the public supports you and the polls after coup says most of them opposes you !
What were these critical decisions Thaksin had moved ahead with, which caused him to be ousted ?? One of the biggest mistake Thaksin committed was to sell telecommunication industry in private hands. He was keen of handing over government assets in private hands and this probably caused the rise dissatisfaction and anger against him. He was charged many a times with involvement in corruptive activity. Although each time he was absolved by the court, yet the fumes against him were fogging and it was further agitated by the tax free sales of $2 billion of his company. People began to believe that he was corrupt. Moreover, He failed to control the insurgents in southern Thailand. The army forces were ordered to bring the situation under control but without any governing proper plan. The lives of Thai soldiers were not being considered. When the monarch put his views before the government warning it of possible danger, he did not even cared to give heed to the monarch. Monarch is consided revered among Thai people but this negligency to the views of the monarch led to nothing but undermined his goodwill. His attitude of authoritarianism and harsh-rough behaviour with subordinates made him disliked among his juniors and finally his office was captured by the millitary in the coup.
The coup was bloodless, there are no news of violence except few cases of protest. EVen when the coup leader General Sondhi has declared Martial law, in which public gatherings have been ordered to be prohibited and liable of proper action against it. Meetings of political parties have been declared illegal and the media has been barred from printing any news against the existing rulers which can promote violence and result into activities against junta. Even in such situation polls shows that approximately 80% of the thai public is in favour of coup and hope that the coup will be dawn of the flawless and c+orruption less democracy again in the Thailand. In such a condition when a majority of the people of the country are happy with the existing rulers, why does other nations assert it to be against peace. Why U.S. affirms that the coup is not going to produce any fruitful results.
Coup leaders in Thailand have shown no interest in power and seat and at the same time, have already promised to return power to publicly elected person within 2 weeks and vowed to revise its constitution within a year, that clearly shows that the country is going through reforms which are unlikely to be harmful. In such a situation , forceful imposition of ideas by one democracy on another government does not resemble with the ideology of peace. If U.S. really wants to value it on the scale of peace, then it should let the existing Thailand government work, the way it wants to. It should, at various steps , make sure that the majority of public is with the government policy, it could varify at various steps whether the government is keeping its promises to certain degree of satisfaction or not and finally it should varify whether the new constitution is in recocilation with the ideology of peace, prosperity and democracy or not. It is the time when Thai people are mending loopholes in their democracy, and they definitely have every right to do it. Why should any government prejudge and announce it to be non-democratic??????

PAkistan - a complete politician
The world is full of surprizes. The historians have named seven most surprize of the world, as i think pakistan also leaves no loophole to be accoladed as the eighth surprize or the 1st amazing art piece of the 21st centuary crafted by the team of its political leaders header by General Musharraf. It is beyond any objections that if we leave the last couple of years, then pakistan has always been a poor economy. Illliteration , poverty and superstitious belief have been there for an era. Yet, pakistan plays a key role in world politics. Is it so because of its geographical location and others factors or it is a result of sharp and intellectual decision taken at various stages by its leaders.
The economic developments happened in Pakistan in last 60 years do not produce a worth-appreciating development rate. Poverty still is a grassroot problem with rural Pak. Common people of urban pak do not possess modern luxouries in general. Although in recent years Pak has moved on progress and some people are really rich but the number of these people , as polls indicate , constitutes a very small percentage of its population. 50% of pakistan's population is illitrate and belief and fear from celestial powers is still very common and unarguable in most of the rural Pak and also in urban Pakistan.A large part of its population still lacks basic resources for a healthy life. Other than these basic rooted problems, Pakistan also suffers from bomb-blasts, and violence among communities. I must make it a point that it has also lost 3 wars with its close neighbour India and has continously been blamed of bringing up and spreading terrorism. It has been said to run and support terrorist camps and many of its known leaders have been verified to be engaged in backing such activities. In spite of the darkness of all these problems and inculpations, Pakistan has still managed to create its own identity on world's map. It plays its own moves in the international politics and its moves are not overcome by any nation. There have been a lot of events which could tarnish its image, which could left it as a rag tag country, one of these is the 3 consequetive defeats from its neighbour, which is undoubtedly larger, economically stronger than it, which was more stronger than it at the time of war, had more soldiers, had more weapons and was financially stronger to cope the war. These 3 defeats could wipe out pakistan from the world map but yet, all three times it was pakistan to first declare the war and attack. I must say that R&D in pakistan is not as good as compared to India, yet the nuclear test, It successfully did Right the day after The India tested its nuclear bomb. No matter how but it was successful in obtaining the nuclear bomb,! The overthrowing of the democratic government, followed by the seige of power by millitary, it was definitely a move which caused violence and millitary had to make tough decisions, yet, after all this pakistan successfully accustommed to the ruling junta. Recently, pakistan is being repeatedly accused by Afghanistan's president Hamid Karzai of not controlling terrorism in the northern border area. It has been repeatedly blamed by India for the same. Even Bin Laden is supposed to be hidden in the remote areas of pakistan. Recently its treaty with north western taliban leaders is also undersupect. Yet, it supports U.S. in pursuit to find bin laden and supports U.S. millitary in their search campaigns. I cant really understand how smoothly it promotes terrorism and at the same time how smoothly it walks with US in war against terror. The way it has maintained its relationship with U.S. is simply great and unprecedented. At one look it is teared from inside, an exorbitant large portion of its budget goes to defense rather than development work, and at another sight, it has its own space in world. Recently, General Musharaff said that the U.S. had threatened to bomb it back to Stone Age had it not supported U.S. in its war on terror. The boldness of the statement is clear evidence that pakistan makes its own moves and not feared by any country. Its stand after 3 defeats, its stand after nuclear tests, its stand after the overtaking of power by military over democratic government, its stand after 9/11, its stand after attack on taliban, its stand on Iraq issue, at the same time its relationship with china, its relationship with U.S. and britain and its relationship with terrorist groups like al queda and LeT, all are in contrast with one another, allpoint challenges each other, but yet pak successfully maintains all delicately. In my views the politicians of pakistan have played a pivot role in last couple of years , being a backbone of its existence and image in the world, without which pakistan would have been just another country searching for its existence. This is a baroque architecture of politics placed by the politicians of pakistan which undemandingly deserves a salute and General Parveg Musharaff has simply been one of those great politicians who are sured to be remembered forever as a great ruler who has sieged power from democratic government and has also been choosen democratically !!!

Has our nationhood and patriotism slept forever???
I often visit library and i hate reading course books and magazines too, because most of them relate themselves to science and technology and rest of them are boring. But there are few which I find a food for thoughts and thats the only thing that draws me to library. As usual today also I was glancing through the pages of my favourite magazine and for a moment a silence , a wave of still silence ran through my heart and mind. It was the cover story addressing tregedy of common farmers of agrarian vidharbh( south east maharashtra). It was more than enough to grab my attention that around 750 villagers living in vidharbh region have committed suicide in past 1 year!!!
It comes pathetic when one side Indian government declares high figures of the growth rate of our country, GDP, globalisation and on the other 'a part of US', is keeling over to death. It isnt just the case of this year , from 2001 around 3000 villagers have choosen death over life. Why they give so much preference to death than living , a normal urban indian normally does not do so??? Is life has become such an onus for them? The figures says that it has. There major crop cotton, which was called white gold at one time around 20 years ago, is no more profitable for them. What they grow in around 2500 Rs. a quintal, they have to sell the same around 1750 Rs. per quintal, 30 % LESS!!! how can one survive if he has to perpetually bear the same rate. Here comes the question why the prices have decreased so far and answer to which lies in the government policies. The global rates are far less than the rates needed by domestic farmers. The crisis has been intensified by the govenment policy of only 10% traffic for cotton while for other items the traffic is far more. It becomes profitable for the industrialists to imports cotton rather than buying from domestic market and to the same extent it intensifies the stress of farmers. The government policy of no subsidary put another axe on the farmers hewing the needs of his families and finally leaving no choice for ,again i say, 'a part of US'.
Somewhere it makes me realize is this lopsided growth such a slaughter? The PM of great India, Dr. Man Mohan Singh comes and announces a cow/buffalo(i dont remember what it was) of hybrid foreign quality to every choosen affected house of the region, did our respected PM think about how far such an animal can survive without fodder??? The region has been deprived of fodder which is the reason behind growing deaths of cattle in the region. People are selling their land, their goods, they are selling whatever they acquired over these years, not to save their life but for the lives of their family members, they are anyway committing suicide ### How far they can survive with their meagre crop and all time low prices. PM has definitely tried to provide relief but it seems to solve the problem temporily only. The root cause is still untouched and will keep the problem alive and brewing day by day.
The cause of the problem is fall in global prices which is bringing silence of grief to the villages of Vidharbh.Should we ,as an individual of India, keep our eyes closed and mouth shut in the silence of Vidharbh or our sanctum of mind compels us to come forward for the rights of "a part of US". Or patriotism arises when our neighbour nation attacks on us, invades us and carry out murders and bomblast, but assicianation of our people by the global prices does not pin into us thoughts. Should we do something about us, Should we support 10% traffic, Should we back no subsidary, should we appreciate the scheme of cattle in gift? Should we applause moneylender, due to whom the farmers possibly owe thousands of rupees on lesser interest rate than cooperative banks or should we boycott cooperative bank?? or should we really do anything ???? If your answer is supports "not doing anything in this case", then think about it again becoz stupendously suicide rate has gone far upto 3 suicides a day meaning one death in every 8 hours ! When solutions are possible they why cant we adopt them?? traffic can be increased upto 150%, subsidaries can be passed as a bill. Bank loan rates can be brought down, basic needs for healthy life can be addressed rather than providing buffalos, or Government can increase the purchase of cotton from domestic farmers on a rate which can make their life viable, should the government still prefer reservation for ST/SC/OBC over students bearing slappings of poverty? Is there nothing that can be done rather than sitting and watching the drama of destiny and the art of disaster ????? Because there exits nothing like patriotism , everybody worry about himself and people affecting him. How far this approach is good, it again leaves me with silence ......

criticising a statement
outline:
All Day kindergarten will not help in achieving the highest level
why avege are separated and high + low
slower speed with not help hig
will cover the same material but with slower speed
students will be in a structured environment for longer hours, reducing the numbers of hours that otherwise would be wasted at home or in day care.
I do not agree with the views of respected principal. According to him the students will be under observation round the clock and that can not really help in achieving the highest level of performance. A kindergarten student needs to be free for some time . he needs to spend some time with his family and friends around, that is also a great learning for him. Also the principal is going to keep high achieving students and low achieving students together in classes, keeping the average students separately. That may help low achieving students but will not be of any advantage of high achiveing student. Also average student will be apart from high achieving one. A better decision could be high achieving and half of aveage one together in a class and another class combined of low achieving and other half of average achieving. This way we could help every student. Otherwise a full day kindergarten remains of no purpose to intelligent students. Also, the principal says that classes will be held all day and at the end of the day day will cover the same material. How could it lower the burden and help students. All day classes will definitely tiring for students and slow pace will again be of no benefit to intelligent and some of average students. Finally he says that the student will be put in a structured environment for longer hours and in my views, for a kindergarten student this will not be a learning experience, as he does not waste time at home , he learns by playing , he learns by experiencing.
Finally, the proposal does not help intelligent students yet it has been applied for all , it does confuses me . There is no need to apply the proposal for all , if it is necessary to apply, we can keep it limited to students performing below average.
Prompt: "A person who knowingly commits a crime has broken the social contract and should not retain any civil rights or the right to benefit from his
Many people may accord with the provided statement but in my views, the statement is not correct. The statement speaks about actions that should be taken against a criminal who knowingly commits his/ her crime but at the same time the statement does not speak about the kind of crime, the reasons behind crime and what compelled the person to commit the crime despite the person knew about it. Just a single word crime does not give a reason to take steps against the committer. If we believe the statement then probably it will be like being in accord with the hitlor's theory. No law in the world judges cases the way statement says. Also the aim of punishment should be to correct the falws lying in the root, it must not be to torture the accused. Directly grabbing a person's civil rights from him will be more like torturing, abasing, humiliating rather than correcting the flaws lying in his thoughts. By restraining from civil rights, we will do nothing more than impairing the person as it may lead to several unjustified consequences caused by his enemies seeking revenge. It will make him a servant of everybody. Simply like a robbery can not be compared with a rape and a rape can not be compared with murder and a murder can not be compared with merely giving threats and that can simply not be compare with illegal acquisition of land and that can not be compare with a conflict between 2 persons leading to a outrage, how can we compare 2 crimes equal. All of the above are crime and yet all of these affect the society adversly but to different extent. A murder definitely lead to more advese consequences, as it can effect a whole dependent family, than a theft which definitely does not yield to as worse scenarios as former. How can we conclude on a single decision for hundreads for different scenarios. Most of above stated crimes are committed knowingly only. There are more points need to be focused. One of them is what was there to force the person to act like that. A person could be blackmailed, he could simply be compelled by his mind or it could be result of an intense desire for revenge grown due to unjustice in the past. We must listen to the criminal before convicting his rights because civil rights provides groud level support to democracy and detaining rights in the proposed manner, in my views can not yield any result rather than torturing the person mentally.
Finally, I would like to agree with the fact the the person do broke the social contract but must not be deprived of his civil rights or the right to benefit from his/her own labour. We could reduce his/her rights till the time period of punishment but deserting the rights from him can not be a solution.

long term goals vs immediate fame
Some days ago I encountered a post written by CEO of a well know Bussiness house of India, asking people to "Deserve before you desire". The heading seemed quite repulsive and offensive to me but after scrolling down some lines, I realized my misinterpretation and found the post full of guidence telling young people of India to continue working with established companies rather than hopping from one company to another for the sake of fat pay package. According to the article people, who change their job frequently for higher pay scale do not ride any more ladders of success than those, who stick with the established companies for some time and dont leave them without any necessary or compelling reason.
Today's age is the age of cutthroat competition. People want to do things as soon as they can. They want to fly ahead of time and in the pursuit to outperform others they often forget that higher you want to build a building, stronger your groundwork should be. In my views, there exist no short cut to success. Shortcuts for immediate fame and recognition can only rarely be able to take you where you would want to be in long run. For success in long run, one essentially needs hardwork, through knowledge of the field, rich experience, intuitive knowledge, patience and dedication and all these can only be obtained if we dont use shortcuts to immediate fame and name, if we dream realistically and we take steps to pursue dreams, rather than just weaving them.
One more advantange of dreaming realistically is that it removes a kind of unnecessary but enormous amount of pressure from us. When we dream realistically, we also decide realistic timelines to achieve our goals. Otherwise if we dream for immediate name and fame, we will not be able to settle any kind of achievable timeline for our goals. In several cases it may turn out to be impossible to follow the timeline for fast achievements. Often when we can not follow our timeline, we loose confidence, we cut time form short term future goals to provide more time to due short term goal to finish our final target on time as decided but if try to follow realistic timeline we are more likely to achieve our short term goals on time as decided, then we will be more confident from our success, we will be more energetic and industrious and that is what needed in long term . Dreaming high is not worng but we should keep our feet on earth. We must dream high but should always be realistic. Only if we think realistically, we will able to perform them in best way possible.
Realistic thinking is the backbone of success but in today's generation young people take it as foolishness if you do not secure what is coming your way. Grabing things as much as in any possible way has become the theme of life. But we must remember nothing in the world comes for free. Everything has its own price, the only difference is sometimes we can see the price at he time we pay and sometimes we realize it later. It has been experienced several times that immediate success can gain name and fame for you but often it fails to maintain that blazing success for long time. Finally I would like to end up with the note that to aim at long run, young people should dream realistically to achieve realistic achievable goals, aiming at immediate success is not the characteristic of a strategic planner as immediate glory can not last long, it will just shine and will be at back stage immediately.

many people may believe that the statement holds but it appears misleading to me. I believe that significant contribution comes from sincere efforts and sincere efforts in turn are a yield of one's dedication to the field. Dedication in turn requires one's interest in the field and concentration in the work. I believe that this is one's own interest in the field, which acts as the root and causes one to delve into the field and that is what, which yields significant contribution. If we believe that the statement is true, then according to the statement past achivements are a necessary condition for any significant contribution, if that is the case then who caused past achivements. There must be something which had acted as a catalyst in the evolution of "past activities". If we dwell into this, then who caused the first significant contribution because there could be no past achievement for that to act as a catalyst. Significant contribution does not require achievements, but these are the achivements which comes from significant contribution. There are field, for example : IT, Physics, Nuclear and atomic science, Biotechnology, where inspite of efforts for years, no success was met, yet people kept on putting in their sincere and persistent effort. There was nothing to motivate Newton, Pascal, Pythogorous. There were no achievements to influence them, but there lived there dedication, the interconnection of their heart and mind with the field which influenced them. If we take the present example of nanotechnology, there are no past achievements in the field to motivate people but still people are trying dedicately to make significant contribution. Infact, Influencing by the past achievements surely motivates and accrues the efforts but it is the influencement within from oneself which plays the keyrole and stays till the end.

Pak - playing a true camouflage
Pakistan is now trying to become a bridge between
US and Al Queda , the peace pect with al queda
clearly shows that pakistan needs al queda. By
putting peace pect it has given al-queda is safe
shelter, where its members can live as a peace ful
resident same as LeT or jammt ul udwa exists. Now
al-queda will also rename its group, declaring
itself a religious one and thriving in pakistan.
Pak can now become the center of terriosm control
across world. and with al-queda becoming close to
it, LeT will surely be abeted and thriven. All
these forces can definitely be used against India
. and POK may be the next destination cum home
for al-queda. and if this peace pect goes succe-
ssful, a great danger to india is evident. bcoz
the asscociation of pak + al-queda + LeT traying
to invade into our Kashmir can really turn out
to be ardous and will again need sacrifice of
our brothers and sisters. And there is no doubt
pak will seek al-queda to get kashmir because
capturing kashmir will be beneficiary for both the
sides. Al-queda will get the room for it to
operate and pak will get the possession over the
land, it has been trying from last 50 years.
whatever could be the response of the world but
the al-queda definitely need land for it to st-
rethen its roots again and this peace pect is
surely a forward step by pakistan, not good for the rest of the world.

Global Warming - an imminent danger demanding an immediate attention
Do you think global warming is real? Do you think what you do in your own life has an effect on the environment?
global warming---
change is inevitable, i believe in what this famous idiom
conveys. some changes happens in favour of humanity and some bring more negative impacts on the society then imagined. The same holds true in case of changes, which have been gradually and steadily dominating the society since the invention of fire. I m talking about scientific changes which have been boosted in past 5-6 decades. These scientific changes have surely changed human life into more comfortable and hi-tech.
Advances in science and technology have totally changed the way we live , the way we communicate and the way we entertain ourselve. Everybody on this earth has been effected by the role science today plays in the life. but everything has 2 facets and as it is true for everything else , it holds for the science also.
As advances in science has greatly improved our life style and comfort level, on the other hand it is also giving birth to some mojor problems which need immediate attention. One of these problems is of "global warming". And of course many scientists are trying to find out a solution for it but nevertheless the problem is growing day by day.
global warming means a common rise in the mean
temprature level everywhere in world. it is mainly caused by the gases ejected from various machines, for example, from a two wheeler to giant machines employed in factories, destruction and damage in the ozone-layer, from carbon mono oxide used in refrigrator, from the dangerous and life-hreatening gases ejecting from aeroplanes and rockets etc... the list is very long and almost everything which cause rise in temprature adds up in global warming. Damage in ozone layer above the both poles of earth are also adding in as the energy of UV rays are coming in unnessasarily. Due to this rise in temprature, the galciers are melting. and due to this one
glacier is causing another to melt. All this is contributing
to rise in sea level and due to which costal areas are being immersed in the water which has also been noticed. All this is raising the worries and putting a question mark on all the scientific dicoveries and on the future of the world. According to the various predictions based on the various experiments and datas, global warming needs sincere attention and a permanent solution. and if it continues to grow at the same rate, the day is not far when water will be spread all over the earth, the temprature of the earth will go beyond limits creating a danger for the life on earth.
All this may appear hogwash to some people, but it is based on facts and datas, and is inescapable if not paid attention on time. From years scientist are working to find a solution of this problem but yet success appears very far. But scientists are not the only people responsible for this. This problem needs attention from everybody and contribution of everybody.
Everyone of us need to contribute to abate it, at least till a proper solution is not met, for the mankind and for every future-life on earth. Little efforts from everybody, summed up can greatly help. Otherwise, this may come true as a apocalypse and we may have to pay unfair huge price for those little effort which today may seem to be negligent, crap and waste of time and energy and at the same time very trivial.
Lets swear to put in out part of bits like a hands-on personality and help building a safe tomorrow...
for the sake of whole mankind
